Advanced Building Group Inc. implements a full range of Construction Management services from the early planning and startup of a project through construction, completion, and occupancy. Advanced Building Group Inc. develops a partnering relationship with each member of the project team, helping early in the process to identify for each member the appropriate project goals and how best to achieve them. The firm's role is critical in establishing open communications among the Owner, the Architect, and the rest of the project team, while creating an action plan that addresses and resolves all critical issues.
Advanced Building Group Inc., provides the following services:
Pre-Construction Phase
• Review budget and provide a plan for the general conditions
• Perform constructability and other reviews
• Review contract documents
• Coordinate Requests for Information
• Develop plans for management and procedures
• Develop master schedule
• Develop management information systems
• Provide estimates
• Conduct cost adjustment sessions
• Implement and maintain cost management strategies
• Assist in expediting review and approval by agencies
Procurement Phase
• Advise of bid documents
• Develop bid procedures
• Assist with public relations
• Generate bidder interest
• Assist with bid advertisements
• Prepare bidders list
• Expedite bid document delivery
• Conduct pre-bid conference I
• Coordinate bidder inquiries
• Review any addenda
• Evaluate bids and make recommendations on contracts
• Assist with construction contracts and NTPs
• Conduct pre-construction conference
• Assist with transfer of pre-purchased equipment
Construction Phase
• Administer contracts on site
• Establish and implement submittal procedures
• Coordinate job-site meetings
• Monitor inspection and testing
• Direct construction process
• Implement corrective action for non-conforming work
• Monitor master schedule
• Review monthly contractor payments
• Establish and implement change order processing system
• Evaluate, negotiate and report on change order requests
• Participate in resolution of disputes
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports
• Coordinate 0 & M manuals, warranties and guarantees
• Coordinate and expedite as-built documents
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and operations training
• Determine substantial and final completion
Project Close-out Phase
• Assist in obtaining occupancy permit
• Prepare final reports
• Assist the Owner in administering warranties
Advanced Building Group Inc.'s approach to Construction Management Services is to be an integral member of the project team, providing a single point of responsibility for management of pre-construction, bidding, and construction phases.
